Your royalty is 50% per copy which is $1.09. Royalties are instantly paid after each sale over and over again to your Paypal account.
Once I give Payhip your email address for MAIL, for the affiliate program of selling my ebook, you will get an email from Payhip.com asking you to give them your Paypal address. You have to have a Paypal address to be an affiliate of my ebook sales. I don't have access to your royalties or the Paypal address.

I suggest going to your Facebook friends or fanpage and selling the ebook. I will send you an ebook cover as well, so you can promote it. Conversion rates on Facebook right now are 25.0%. So if you have 1000 friends you should sell 250 copies for a royalty of around $275.00. You can then take $50 of that amount and buy 5000 Facebook ads at $0.01 each and sell the ebook with your affiliate button.
Once a person buys the ebook it will move them to getsamsidea.com
